At Bestaroo, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
